A: Windows XP Pro/Home, it may work on Windows 2000 and Windows 2003. But I haven’t tested the last two!!

A: Windows inbuilt zip program, WinZip, WinAce, WinRar, or another unzip program.

A: Sure, it even has it's own graphical interface. I just think mine is easier to use, and more suitable for the common needs. My program also has some features that are not in the shutdown.exe interface.

A: Unfortuneless not, shutdown.exe for some reasons doesn’t support these features.
